i made a smoothie for lunch today and i'm trying to figure out what's leaving a funny aftertaste in my mouth. might be the frozen fruit (mango and pineapple) or the yogurt, or both. i don't think i'll be trying that combination again.
i
always add yogurt to my smoothies and haven't had a problem like this before. then again, i did use a different brand of yogurt today so it's probably the brown cow. =\
wulf, i may give the condensed milk a try one day for the sake of trying. =)
I have this weird thing about putting wheat grass in my smoothies when I order them (I don't own a blender to make them myself). I actually LIKE the funny aftertaste. I also like the kinda iron-y (not irony) aftertaste that blood leaves in your mouth, so maybe I am not the best judge of aftertastes.

i use vanilla flavored yogurt for mine and often i'll throw in some orange juice and a little water.

btw budd, i've never tried wheat grass and i hear it tastes awful. won't stop me from trying it though, when i have the chance.
funny aftertastes after smoothies is not good. Aftertastes should always be serious.
