QotD: Current TV

that sure is a lot of tv. i've got lots of tv, too. i'm such a couch potato!
you are so drunk.
I couldn't get into traveler. I am too far behind for 4400. Miami ink is all new.
i'm not sure about traveler. my brother doesn't think it will last long and the last episode didn't keep my attention. there are so many movies i want to watch that are DVD so i'm sure my tv lineup will change.
speaking of tv, i'm watching adult swim right now and i think i may have to add bleach to the lineup.
I think I'm hooked on So You Think You Can Dance too. I watched the Atlanta auditions because I was bored and didn't feel like doing anything constructive, and now I'm too emotionally invested to stop watching.

Just in case you didn't see tonight's results show, I'll just say that I agree with the judges choice for the girl to cut. I'm a little torn about the guy they sent home. That was a hard decision because all of the guys on the chopping block were so good.
i'm so bummed. i thought i was recording last night's episode and it's not on the dvr. i saw part of the intro, thought i hit record, and it's not there. grrr.

i just read your "disovery" post and i'm with you. i normally don't like to watch shows where the audience votes but when i saw sabra and dominic dance two nights ago, i was hooked.

I watched an episode of America's Got Talent. It should be called America's Got Crappy Audiences That Like to Boo People Off of the Stage. Or, The United Kindgom Has Mean People.

The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) finale is next Saturday. Rematch between BJ Penn and Jens Pulver. Should be good.

When I got back from Japan I got hooked on Jericho. I'm so happy they decided to bring it back and at least wrap up the story line a bit (the season ender was a HUGE cliffhanger)
budd, i've missed the entire season of ultimate fighter. i figured i'd wait for the reruns. oh, and america's got talent--can't watch. it's a terrible version of puttin' on the hits minus the lip syncing. remember that show?

i've missed the entire season of ultimate fighter and was planning on watching the reruns.

jeff, i completely forgot about jericho! that's another one i'd like to watch but will probably wait for the dvds.

This seasons TUF is all about crying.

Will you be watching Chef Ramsey?

i really was, wasn't i... man. it's just been so long. hehe :P
oh, is that the hell's kitchen guy? i dunno about that one but everyone's talking about the show. are you watching?
it's okay, at least you didn't have to drive over here. *lol*
It is pretty good based on past seasons. I might be getting bored with it though. There are only so many ways he can insult these guys and that they can screw up before it gets old. They seemed to get all screw ups for this season. I am rooting for the Waffle House chic.
Ugh. So you didn't see Sabra and Dominic on the chopping block last night then? Don't worry. They stayed on the show, but I was so angry that they were in the bottom three. I liked their disco number. It was so cute and fun. Yeah, I thought he was gonna drop her when he did that lift, but he held it together.

Since you missed it, the 3 couples with the lowest scores were: Sabra & Dominic, Faina & Cedric, and Rick & Ashlee. I figured Rick & Ashlee might get voted off because their tango was the most lackluster of the bunch. It wasn't bad, but the tango is tough and theirs was just too technical and lacked a lot of passion that makes a tango a tango.

Oh, and I thought the opening dance number to Busta Rhymes' Put Your Hands Wear My Eyes Can See was awesome. I wished I had taped it. I taped the 2-hour ep. on Weds, but not the results show. Wade Robson choreo'd the results' show intro. :-) I love the vagabond number he put together this week also.

I'm wondering if there's something that your selections have in common. My gut says, "Strong, charismatic, male leads."

Is my gut right?

i'm so glad sabra and dominic are still on the show! i thought they did well considering neither had danced with a partner before. i thought they were so cute, too. :)

i feel like i'm going to learn about dancing. well, that's if i can get the recorder setup so i can watch the show. sheesh. speaking of dancing, i picked up stomp the yard and can't wait to watch it again. i had such a good time when i saw it at the theater. definitely wanted to get up and dance but i kept it in the seat. *lol*
i think you're onto something, NYC. ;-)

I had the feeling I was! :)

So who are your favorites on the big screen?

hmm, my favorite big screen actors...no one comes to mind right away so let me get back to you on that. i'm surprised i can't even think of one! sheesh.
I'm predicting that Mr. Clive Owen and, perhaps, Mr. Russell Crowe might be on your list.
