on my mind

Do you think you're getting enough sleep?
tell me how it is! we love mags over here. heh.
i'm not sure but it feels like i haven't gotten a good night sleep in a while. i toss and turn a lot and wake up a few times a night. once i woke up at 2 am and cleaned my room for a couple of hours because i couldn't fall back to sleep.

when i'm stressed, i tend to do a lot of thinking before i fall asleep and i have a feeling that's been part of my problem.
If I consume caffeine in the afternoon, I not only start waking in the night, but I'll lie there awake for 2 hours! It helps to turn the clock away because seeing the minutes tick by makes me anxious, even angry about it. I have also read that thinking too much and too hard at bedtime isn't conducive to sleeping. Yoga helps. Breathing helps And they say it can take 12 hours for caffeine to leave your system.
i usually have a mug of coffee in the morning and that's about it as far as my main dose of caffeine goes. occasionally, i'll had a couple of pieces of chocolate in the afternoon but i'd say that's a once a week.

funny you should mention yoga. i was into it when i lived in rochester (ny) and boston but somehow i lost interest and fell out of routine. well, during my cleaning fit, i pulled out one of my yoga books and videos in hopes of getting back into it. now all i need to do is actually get started. =\
It is the rerun season. It has us all down.

try goji juice....it helps all body function. works on each cell of body.

I used to have a muscle fatigue and couldn't wake up for getting my daughter ready to go to school. My head was spinning and had headache very often.

I had been taking goji juice for 3weeks now, my body feel much better and have no muscle fatigue at all. If it doesn't work, save empty bottles, 90 days money back guaranty !!
