feels like my brain has been on the fritz for a while and then i see an offer in the mail this morning for mind magazine. since i forgot to renew my scientific american subscription, guess i'll give this one a try. maybe it'll have some pointers on how to improve my memory, too. *sigh*

when i'm stressed, i tend to do a lot of thinking before i fall asleep and i have a feeling that's been part of my problem.
funny you should mention yoga. i was into it when i lived in rochester (ny) and boston but somehow i lost interest and fell out of routine. well, during my cleaning fit, i pulled out one of my yoga books and videos in hopes of getting back into it. now all i need to do is actually get started. =\
