my parents just left. we watched planet earth. the only game my dad is interested in playing is Go. and my mom. well... she's never been the game playing type. well, we've played 'yoot' before. heh.

I've never heard of that game before; I'll have to check it out. Like grrrace, I love board games (and have far too many of them!). Nice that you can enjoy a game with your mom~hope you're having fun!
oh, i'd love to have game night regularly but sadly that's not the case. my friends try to get them going but it's more like a once a month thing. when i visit my parents we like to play canasta, rummikub, scrabble or spades. but when there aren't people around to play face-to-face, i wind up playing games online or on my nintendo ds. it's still fun. :)
My mother and her best friend used to play this all the time when we were kids and we would sometimes join in. I should really buy a set sometime and teach Joe!
